Q: Is there parking?

A: We have 5 spaces on-site that operate on a first come, first-serve basis.

Alternative parking spaces include:

Bushy Park – free all day but no overnight parking permitted. Closing times vary depending on time of year. Please refer to Bushy Park website for most accurate times.

Hampton Court train station – 10 minute walk from the hotel. 24-hour parking, refer to station information for rates.

On-street parking – 4 hour maximum stay before 6:30, free after.

Blue Badge holders are permitted to park within Controlled Parking Zones without a payment or time limit as shown below:

  • in resident permit holder parking places
  • in business permit holder parking places
  • in permit holder parking places
  • in permit holder shared-use parking places

You may also park on single or double yellow line for up to 3 hours, provided that no loading prohibition is in force. You must display your clock set to the time of your arrival with your Blue Badge. Both clock and badge must be clearly visible from outside the vehicle.

Q: Are you pet-friendly?

A: We are pet friendly in our restaurant. Please specify that you are bringing an animal when making your booking. Unfortunately, our rooms are not pet friendly.

Q: Do you have a beer garden?

A: We only have our terrace space in the front of the restaurant for any outdoor food or drinks.

Q: Do your rooms face the Maze?

A: We have a select few rooms that face the maze, please enquire with our Reception team when booking.

Q: What size are the beds?

A: We offer a range of different sleeping options, please enquire with our Reception team when booking.

Q: Do we offer smoking rooms?

A: Unfortunately, all of our rooms are non-smoking.

A: Yes, breakfast is included in all room rates with both continental and cooked options available.
